If you don&#039;t need to use more than 4 video tracks at a time, don&#039;t need to do 3D compositing, don&#039;t need to do masking, want to use basic text and don&#039;t need to ability to modify render settings, then the lower versions of Vegas are fine.

As far as NewBlueFX filters, I believe they work with all versions of Vegas but I could be wrong.  It&#039;s best to check with NewBlue.</description>
