Public domain video is video that was never copyrighted or the copyright has expired. In either case, you are free to use these videos however you’d like.
In this video, I show you where to find public domain videos…as well as how you can integrate public domain footage into your own videos.

what about using a portion of the copy righted video only and incorporating in our video? How it goes for those video that says, pick up from the news agency, broadcasting etc etc.
