Thanks for the tip on iDeskTop.TV. It is always frustrating to embed a video straight from onto your site or a clients site. It is the easiest way to put video on a site, at least for the average non-techie, but the options you explained in this video certainly allow it to have much more customized look and feel. Also, it seems that you will not have to worry about losing your viewers to a whole list of similar videos that can drive traffic to your competitors….
Thanks as always for your honest and straight forward review and recommendations!

Excellent tip, but I’m just as interested in your lead in “squiggle vision” titles.

@Art – Those were done with LiveType, an application that comes with Final Cut on a Mac.
Looks better, but you still lose your visitor to the YT site when they click on the video!
Another good lesson Dave would be to show how you can do this with the JWPlayer. I realize it’s more advanced, but the JW Player has lots of cool featured and you can embed Youtube Clips along with a Playlist using Youtube Clips. Lastly, you can embed the HD Youtube clip as well.
Your information is always great Dave!
Thanks for the weekly updates!
