BILLING
Your credit card statement will show a charge from Kaminski Visuals, the parent company of Web Video University (or in some cases WebVideoUniversity.com).
Under the $897 payment plan, you will receive 12 months access to the training center. After 12 months, your credit card will automatically be billed $897 for another 12 months of continued access. If you do not want to remain a member past 12 months, simply let us know, your membership will be canceled after 12 months and you will receive no further billings.
Under the $497 payment plan, you will receive 6 months access to the training center. After 6 months, your credit card will automatically be billed $497 for another 6 months of continued access. If you do not want to remain a member past 6 months, simply let us know, your membership will be canceled after 6 months and you will receive no further billings.
Under the $99 payment plan, you will receive month to month access to the training center. Every 30 days, your credit card will automatically be billed $99 for another month’s worth of access. You may cancel your membership at any time. Simply let us know that you do not want to remain a member, your membership will be cancelled and you will receive no further billings.
Under the $49 payment plan, you will receive month to month access to ONLY the standard video training courses in training center. Every 30 days, your credit card will automatically be billed $49 for another month’s worth of access. You may cancel your membership at any time. Simply let us know that you do not want to remain a member, your membership will be cancelled and you will receive no further billings.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
For the $897 (12 months access) and $497 (6 months access) payment plans, you may only cancel your membership within the first 30 days of your initial enrollment date. No refunds will be issued after you’ve been enrolled for more than 30 days (under these plans). If you do cancel your membership within 30 days of your initial enrollment date, you will receive a pro-rated refund. That means for the $897 plan, you will receive a refund for the remaining 11 months of your membership. For the $497 plan, you will receive a refund for the remaining 5 months of your membership.
For the $99 and $49 payment plans (month-to-month) you may cancel your membership at any time. However, no refunds will be issued. That means, for example, if you enroll on April 1 but cancel your membership on April 15, you will not receive a refund. Rather, your membership would automatically expire on May 1 and you would receive no further billings.
After your membership has been cancelled, there are no guarantees that you will be allowed re-entry into Web Video University. Our membership is limited and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Web Video University reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time, without prior notice, for any violations of these terms and conditions…or any behavior or actions or use of the services inside the training center, that we at our sole discretion deem inappropriate.
VIDEO HOSTING
Web Video University offers a video hosting service with the Standard, Semi-Annual and Annual membership plans. With it, you can upload an unlimited number of videos and embed them on as many web sites as you choose. You pay no bandwidth or hosting costs…it’s all included as part of your membership.
You must own all rights to the videos you upload and the material they contain. That means you are not permitted to upload videos that violate copyright laws (no videos with copyrighted music, footage, etc.). No inappropriate videos may be uploaded either (pornographic, etc.). Web Video University has the final say in what is deemed inappropriate. Any violations will result in your videos being removed from the hosting service…and possibly…termination of your membership.
If you cancel your membership or your membership expires due to a declined credit card, any videos you have on the hosting service will automatically be removed 7 days after your cancellation/expiration date. As part of the hosting service, you do have the ability to download your own videos. So if you plan to cancel your membership, be sure to download any videos you have on the hosting service before your membership expires.
SOFTWARE OWNERSHIP
As part of some membership plans, you receive access to custom developed software and scripts. You do not own this software…you are simply being granted a license to use it.
That means you may not resell or “giveaway” the software or scripts to anyone else, either as an individual product or as part of any package. Violation of this will result in your membership being terminated.
Additionally, if you cancel your membership, you will no longer receive support or updates for the software and scripts.
