In fact, with some of these effects, people will swear that the video was made with After Effects or Final Cut&#8230;instead of Sony Vegas.<\/p>\n<p>Today I&#8217;m going to share with you one of these effects. It&#8217;s an effect that&#8217;s used quite often in image editing software like Photoshop. But we&#8217;re going to do it with video.<\/p>\n<p>And what we&#8217;re going to do, is cut out a specific portion of a video clip&#8230;and replace it with another clip that looks better. Specifically in this tutorial, we&#8217;re going to remove a dull, lifeless, washed-out sky from a clip&#8230;and replace it with a vibrant sky that has moving clouds.<\/p>\n<p>How do we do this?
