The scope of video work now being created with Canon DSLR cameras has grown to include the U.S. Navy. Cinematographer Shane Hurlbut has used Canon 5D Mark II cameras (msrp $2,499) exclusively to shoot several promotional videos for the Navy. He says the videos would not be possible with any other camera. In fact, he calls them a game-changer.
