For all the debate between Apple and Adobe regarding Flash and HTML5, finally a third-party…actually an individual…performed a simple test on mobile phones of an animation running in HTML5 vs. the same animation running in Flash. The results?
Well, Flash does seem to run faster. The test was performed by web developer Chris Black and he posted the results on YouTube. Naturally, his test (and the results) generated a flood of comments…as people in the webosphere love to debate things anonymously. But you can be the judge yourself. Below is the video:
