Last week Google introduced a video player into Google Docs, which means rather than having to download a video from Google Docs to watch it, you can watch it right in your browser.
You can upload videos to Google Docs up to 1 GB in size with the max dimensions of 1920×1080. Supported upload formats include MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV, FLV and WebM.
Of course there’s always a drawback. In the case of Google Docs, they warn that it may take some time for your video to actually be encoded and available after upload (as in maybe days). You can read Google’s blog post about the new video player for Google Docs here.

Can these uploaded videos be attached to say a text document on Google Docs?
Days to encode and process???
That’s not exactly a vote winner is it?
I expect better from Google.

I agree. The program sounds great but is confusing to the point
that using it takes too much attention.
