Earlier this year I did a post about telehealth, or telemedicine as it’s sometimes called. This is where instead of seeing a doctor in person, you have your appointment via webcam.
Initially the idea wasn’t too popular with people…but times are changing…fast. Online communication is becoming so commonplace, particularly when video is involved, that now people are beginning to view the idea of consulting with a physician via video chat as more attractive than driving for an hour and waiting in an office.
