While I’m a staunch believer that the best way to make money from web video is by creating quality, educational based videos (and then charging for them)…I’m always happy to see the unique and creative ways that others are using to earn a living from web video.
Particularly if these people are underdogs, with no special skills, equipment or training…yet manage to turn a nice profit by relying only on their passion and creativity.
Michael Buckley and Joel Moss Levinson are two examples. Both are just regular guys (Joel is a 28 year-old former bartender from Ohio…Michael, 33, works out of a spare bedroom in his home). Both produce videos that they place on YouTube. And both earn 6-figure incomes from their videos.
