FaceVsion recently released the first Skype-certified HD webcam, the FV TouchCam N1, a USB camera that allows you to stream live 720p HD video from your desktop or laptop computer (or even a netbook for that matter). While there are other webcams that do 720p video, the TouchCam N1 is the first to use built-in camera hardware for encoding your video to H.264. For you that means even if you have an older or slower computer, you have no worries as the camera does all the encoding for you, instead of your computer’s processor.
