Have you been wanting to try gorgeous DSLR video for yourself, but have been kept away by the entry price? Canon is now offering refurbished T2i cameras, with a lens, for just $619. And the camera is coming directly from Canon, not some shady reseller.
If you’re unfamiliar with DSLR cameras or the T2i, you can watch my video review on this camera by clicking here. The model being offering by Canon is the same one I show in the video and includes a Canon EF-S 18-55 lens. Of course it is factory refurbished…not brand new…but at $619 it’s a bit of a steal.
Canon is selling the refurbished T2i’s until January 8, 2011 or until supplies run out. And the offer is only available to people with U.S. shipping addresses. You can learn more directly from Canon’s web site by clicking here.

Dave:
This is a great review and was very helpful. I hope I can snag one of these before they sell out.
By the way, what microphone would you recommend using with this camera. I need a solution that I can use with indoor or outdoor shooting.
I would like to go with a wireless lavalier but I know most of the good ones are a little pricey. If I had to go with a wired lavalier for now (to keep the cost down), what would you recommend?
The price just went up a $100 to $719. Bummer.
